Loads of men and women become online coaches without really knowing what it's going to be like.
In today’s episode, I explain what coaching actually is and what it definitely is not. Most people go into the coaching business because they want to help people. They've made a transformation in their own life or in the life of others and want to share that knowledge. Sometimes as coaches and entrepreneurs we want our clients to make a transformation more than they want to and I discuss why that can be a huge mistake. If you're a coach or just thinking of becoming a coach, this is a great episode for you!
